I'm in the feelings business
It's my job to help organizations establish the infrastructure needed to make sure it feels good to learn and grow. I believe that for a learner to succeed, they need to be engaged, participate in strong and meaningful content, have an emotional connection with the facilitator, and have clear paths towards advancement (intellectual and professional).
I specialize in equity and culture focused learning and development, social and emotional learning, equity and inclusion, professional development, and youth engagement. My work pedagogy is heavily influenced by my commitment to visibility and inclusion in staff models, curriculum content, and community building - and I get the most joy from working with organizations that explicitly state equity as a core value.
